A full branding exercise for a friendly IT support specialists for Schools

School Tech is an IT company that offers tablet solutions for schools and school IT services. They needed a fresh new brand identity that differentiated itself from other IT support companies. It was important to communicate their business in an informal, easy to understand way, rather than a need to know technical jargon. A consistent brand style was developed into a series of short animated infographic videos that would feature heavily as a focal point on the website.

The Process

Working collaboratively as a team with the client, we began by conducting interviews and an onsite workshop with the project stakeholders. The information gathered was used as the foundation of School Tech’s brand strategy, including brand values, vision and a defining position.

A fresh, bold and fun illustrative style was developed based upon three brand values: integrity, simplicity and transparency. We created a range of assets to use in the infographic video animations, iconography, and a full set of stationery including letterheads, continuation sheets, compliment slips and business cards plus a promotional tri-fold brochure.

The Outcome

A set of brand guidelines was built to keep all departments and people involved with the brand on the same page and along with on-air elements, print and digital assets were delivered for School Tech to use as design references for their multiplatform marketing campaign. With our help, School Tech now has a fully immersive brand and a unique set of assets which they can use for years to come.
